All data collected by BuyRight Retail™ is used exclusively to provide and improve your platform experience. Specifically:
Your sales data is used to calculate department budgets and configure your dashboard during onboarding. It is not analyzed for any other purpose. Your purchase log entries are used to update your real-time budget remaining and generate suggested order amounts. Your account information is used to authenticate your login and deliver your dashboard. Your usage data is used internally by BuyRight Retail™ to understand how the product is being used and to provide support when needed.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, benchmarking against other retailers, or any purpose outside of operating your dashboard.

Your data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that each subscriber can only access their own data — no subscriber can view another's dashboard, purchase log, or settings.
Access to your account requires authentication. We recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping your login credentials confidential. BuyRight Retail™ staff will never ask for your password.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely immune to security risks. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
If you wish to request deletion of your data before that period, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 5 business days.
Sales data submitted during onboarding is retained only for as long as it is needed to maintain your dashboard configuration. You may request that it be deleted at any time without affecting your subscription.

BuyRight Retail™ uses minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile your behavior across the web.
Our website (buyrightretail.com) may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns (such as page visits and referral sources). This data is aggregate and not linked to individual users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of BuyRight Retail™ after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
