BuyRight Retail™ is provided as a decision-support tool. All purchasing recommendations are based on your input data, sales figures, and budget settings. Final purchasing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
BuyRight Retail™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of projections or the fitness of this tool for any particular purpose. Use of this system does not guarantee specific purchasing or financial outcomes. Results will vary based on the accuracy and timeliness of the data entered.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the paid period.
To cancel or manage your subscription, use the Manage Subscription link inside the app or contact [email protected]. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Your store data — including purchase logs, sales figures, and settings — is stored securely and is accessible only to your account. BuyRight Retail™ does not sell or share your business data with third parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system. BuyRight Retail™ is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the subscriber.
Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of this system is a violation of these terms. BuyRight Retail™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and pursue remedies as permitted by applicable law.
