You Share Your Sales Data

Export last year's monthly sales report from your POS system and send it to us. That's the only thing you do at setup — we handle everything else from there.

We Build Your Dashboard

We take your sales data and build the entire dashboard from scratch — mapped to your specific categories, department structure, and budget targets.

Most clients have a live, fully configured dashboard within 48 hours of sending their data.

You Check In Every Day

Open the dashboard each morning. Look at the Buyer Command Center tiles at the bottom. Each tile shows one of three statuses for each department.

After placing any order, log it in the Purchase Log tab. That's what keeps the system accurate — and it takes less than a minute per order.
