Common Questions

How are commissions tracked?
Every affiliate and partner gets a unique referral link. When a retailer subscribes through your link, the system automatically ties that subscription to your account. You can see all your active referrals and commissions in your partner dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe. You'll receive a payment for every active store you referred at the start of each month. No minimum threshold — if you have one active referral, you get paid.
What happens if a store I referred cancels?
Your commission for that store stops when their subscription ends. You only earn on active subscriptions — which means it's in your interest to refer retailers who are a good fit for BuyRight and will stay subscribed long-term.
Do I have to handle support or setup for referred stores?
No. We handle all setup, onboarding, monthly data refresh, and ongoing support. Your job is to make the introduction — everything after that is on us.
Can I upgrade from Affiliate to Partner?
Yes. If you start as an Affiliate and find you're actively selling BuyRight to your network, you can apply to upgrade to the Partner tier. Contact us and we'll review your referral history and make the switch.
Is there a limit to how many stores I can refer?
No limit at all. The more stores you refer, the more you earn — and Partners earn one-time milestone bonuses paid via Stripe: $100 at 5 active stores, $250 at 10, $500 at 25, and $1,000 at 50. The 50% revenue share stays the same at every level.
